Indianapolis, Indiana - (Thursday, October 16, 2025) - WANTED, Detroit’s unrelenting force in hard rock and metal, unleashes a sonic storm with their latest single and explosive new video, “Override”, from their most recent album, Cutting Edge. The album dropped globally on Friday, June 27 via esteemed U.S. hard rock label Eonian Records, and is now available on CD and Limited-Edition Green Vinyl.

On the new video “Override”, Alan commented: “‘Override’ has been one of the crowd favorites at our shows, and it really has an ominous undertone that fits perfectly with the time of its release. I can’t wait for everyone to see it. We had our friend Jason Knapp direct the video, and he really knocked it out of the park with the concept. Our videographer Danny Huk also made everything come to life.”

Guitarist Alan Mares shared: “Our first handful of shows - including New York, Michigan, and Kentucky - were a great first step in promoting the album. Seeing people just hours from home knowing all the words to the new album blew my mind. We are super excited to hit the larger volume of our shows this October, with some of the highlighted dates being Toronto at The Bovine on October 3, Ann Arbor at The Blind Pig on October 11, and Westland with Lynch Mob and Bullet Boys on the 24th. We also have our first-ever shows in Ohio, which we are very pumped about, on the 18th and 19th. We then head back to our home state of Michigan, and later return to New York in late October and mid-November.”

Reflecting on the album’s success, Alan added: “The new album has completely blown my mind with how well it’s been received; I am very happy with the overall feedback. In three months, it surpassed both of our previous albums in streams and sales combined with the vinyl flying off the shelves, with the oldest of the two being over two years old. I loved Late Attraction and thought it was going to be a hard album to outdo, but I am happy that we did it. We have never been proud of ourselves. We also get to share the stage with some awesome bands this fall, which came with the success of the album and people discovering us through its popularity.”
